A sunset to wet anyone’s appetite at Yas Marina Circuit

On an island in the Persian Gulf, an imposing sunset stains the Yas Marina Circuit, one of the most impressive tracks on the calendar, with a shade of orange. The drivers hit the track when the sun is still in the sky and step out of them when night time has fallen. In between, the sun sets and the floodlights turn on to light up the track. Everything at the Abu Dhabi circuit is so clean, majestic and perfect that, in only four years, it has become one of the paddock’s favourites, not only for the teams but also for journalists and guests.

If Singapore is night time, Abu Dhabi is sunset. And if at the former the timetables are completely turned on its head, here it’s not so extreme but lunch turns into tea time and dinner is a nocturnal snack.

Therefore the time for our pintxo will also change. Not at one or at five but at three o’clock.

A perfect time as it’s when the temperatures start to cool and it’s the most pleasant moment of the day, and that’s why we think it’s the best moment to get together before the race starts.

We can’t make it cooler, nor can we predict who will win the race but we can offer an enthralling way of enjoying this beautiful country even more. This week the exquisite pintxo will be made up of grilled prawn with turmeric potato. Whoever wants to taste it will have to stop by and experience this majestic creation first-hand.

What is certain is that at 15.00h we will be there waiting for you to share a pleasant moment before the sun goes down and the action gets underway. We have to enjoy it as the season is closing to an end.
