Pitlane infringement noted for Albon - given the Williams duo was trying to muscle in on the queue, presumably he'd forced someone to check up as he exited the garage.
Green light: Q1 is open for business
Bortoleto is first to hit the road, joined by Hulkenberg, the Alpines, and the Aston Martins. Used softs for this, as a sprint weekend means they've all got one set less of the red-walled tyres to play with.
There's already a queue forming at the end of the pitlane, so we've got some eager beavers looking to get a lap in. Let's hope nobody gets messed about by traffic, unlike yesterday's sprint quali sesh.
We're just a couple of minutes away from qualifying - and we're already out of breath after that flurry of penalties changing the earlier sprint results!
I'm sure Q1 will be nice and quiet and allow us to have a little breather...
Alonso "expected to be ready" for F1 Miami GP qualifying
Aston Martin has given us details of the fixes to Fernando Alonso's car after that incident with Liam Lawson, and anticipates the Spaniard will be ready to go when the green light shines at the end of the pitlane.
"Fernando's car is expected to be ready for qualifying after the damage picked up in the Sprint race," said a team statement.
"Among other things, we have changed the gearbox, right front corner, floor, rear wing, front wing.

"Credit to team on the ground and the support from the factory leading up to the event who prepared a lot of these components for quick fitting to the chassis.
"All of the garage has been pushing over the last couple of hours with mechanics from Lance's car also helping repair FA’s car."
Albon, Lawson lose points finishes in F1 Miami sprint
This just in: Alex Albon has a five-second penalty for a safety-car infringement, which will cost him his fourth-place finish. Liam Lawson also cops a five-second penalty for causing that collision with Fernando Alonso.
Naturally, this changes the picture significantly. Per our quick maths, Russell moves up to fourth, Stroll takes fifth, Tsunoda sixth, Antonelli seventh, and Gasly eighth.
So, that's a couple of points for Antonelli as a consolation after his sprint race woes.

Red Bull has more pitlane woes - but Wheatley departure "a coincidence"
Following another pitstop issue which led to Verstappen's unsafe release, Red Bull has suffered a string of pitstop issues this season after slow stops in Bahrain.
In the Bahrain case, an electrical issue was to blame, while Verstappen's Miami unsafe release was labelled as "human error" by both team principal Christian Horner and adviser Helmut Marko.

When it was put to Marko that Red Bull's pitlane issues appear to have coincided with the departure of Jonathan Wheatley - a driving force behind Red Bull's previous military-like precision to stops - to Sauber, Marko labelled it just that: a coincidence.
20 minutes until F1 Miami qualifying
Is Antonelli about to get another chance at pole, or will the McLarens pick up their game after their admission that 'time was left on the table' in preparing for the sprint race?
There's surely been some set-up tinkering - or, at Aston Martin and Ferrari, some car repairs after Alonso and Leclerc both sustained crashes.
Bearman loses eighth after unsafe release penalty
Ollie Bearman has lost his eighth-place finish in the Miami Grand Prix sprint race after being pinged for an unsafe release in front of Nico Hulkenberg.
Haas driver Bearman was seen being released alongside Hulkenberg as the German driver was due to make his own stop for slicks. Bearman stayed on the outside 'lane', which caused mechanics in the Williams garage to have to step out of the way.

The Essex native was classified in eighth when Max Verstappen was handed a 10-second penalty for his own unsafe release, caused for contact with Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
As a result of the five-second penalty, Bearman now loses the point and has been demoted to 15th place ahead of Hulkenberg's Sauber team-mate Gabriel Bortoleto.
The report from the FIA stewards read: "The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. Car 87 was released into the path of Car 27 which was arriving in the fast lane, causing Car 27 to brake and take evasive action."
Yuki Tsunoda was promoted to eighth, having been the first to stop for dry tyres.
F1 Miami GP sprint race recap
Lando Norris secured victory in a wet-dry sprint, that was delayed by a red flag for poor visibility. The McLaren driver had been on Piastri's tail but was set to lose out when the Australian got priority for their respective switch to slick tyres.
But Norris admitted that he rode his luck when Fernando Alonso was tapped into a spin by Liam Lawson at Turn 11, which produced a safety car - which bought Norris enough time to rejoin in the lead after his own stop.

Lewis Hamilton finished third after passing Max Verstappen, as the Red Bull driver later copped a 10-second penalty for an unsafe release and hit polesitter Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
Antonelli had contended for the lead with Piastri into Turn 1, but was shown the run-off area by the championship leader. Running fourth, the Italian was unable to enter his pitbox after contact with Verstappen and had to pit again, costing him a chance of points.
