The German marque announced on Thursday the line-up for the first of the Walkinshaw squad's two cars for the Australian event, with the second yet to be confirmed.

It follows the news that Porsche drivers Marc Lieb and Patrick Long will be present at Bathurst, driving with the Pro-Am Competition Motorsports squad.

Bamber, Vanthoor and Estre have all contested the Bathurst 12 Hours in the past, with Vanthoor finishing second overall in 2015 alongside Phoenix Audi teammates Marco Mapelli and Markus Winkelhock.

The Belgian finished in fourth in last year's race, partnered by Winkelhock and Alex Davison, while Bamber won the B class in a Porsche 997 GT3 Cup with Stephen Grove and Scott McLaughlin.
