Sebastien Loeb Racing to end LMP2 operation

The team will shift its focus for 2015 and beyond.

The rumblings that Sebastien Loeb's team may pull out of LMP2 have been confirmed by multiple outlets today. The team will put all of its efforts into their new LMP3 effort, WTCC, and the Porsche Carrera Cup.

Eurasia Motorsport has bought the Oreca used by SLR to win the season-ending Four Hours of Estoril in ELMS. The Mark Goddard-run group is moving their focus to a full campaign in the European Le Mans Series as a result.

Mehdi Bennani and a TBA driver will pilot Loeb's World Touring Cars. Their new LMP3 venture is a joint effort between Loeb, ADESS, and Sora Racing.
