Rupert Stadler also witnessed the second round of the 2007 DTM live and on location: After watching the season opener, the Chairman of the Executive Board of AUDI AG was accompanying his DTM squad at Oschersleben on Saturday and Sunday as well. Michael Dick (Board Member, Technical Development) and Ulf Berkenhagen (Board Member, Purchasing) were at the circuit too.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery were being sent by the Audi DTM squad to Tom Kristensen and Alexandre Premat: On a banner, 3 x 1 metres in size with the Danish and French national colours and greetings in both languages, Head of Audi Motorsport Dr Wolfgang Ullrich and his drivers sent their best wishes to both factory drivers, who are currently forced to take a break.

Timo Scheider was wearing a new helmet with a special paint that changes looks along with changes in temperature. From 27 degrees centigrade, a photograph of his son Loris visibly emerges in the background.

Audi welcomed prominent guests at Oschersleben: National handball player Florian Kehrmann of the current world champion's team, Nordic Combination skier Sebastian Haseney and TV presenter Cherno Jobatey were among the visitors. German music group Monrose, who visited Christian Abt in the pit lane on Sunday, and Sunrise Avenue in Timo Scheider's pits also experienced DTM flair.
