5th + 6th run 23th - 25th of June 1995 200 Miles of Nuernberg Norisring

Warm-up

7 - Nicola Larini "I nearly couldn't drive at all yesterday because of different problems with the car. But now I had had the chance to push hard, to do several laps and to change several things."

19 - Michael Bartels "With a full tank I did the same time today as yesterday during the Top Qualifying; that's really promising. I think, its really nice of Mercedes, that they have redrawn Magussen's entry after his accident. It means, that I could move up to the first row of the grid. Nevertheless I'm not happy at all to have achieved this position by a horrible incident like this. And I want to send Jan my best wishes and hope, he'll be fit again soon."

5 - Alexander Grau "Most important: The car is repaired again. We worked on the set-up and the car seems to be quite competitive now. Let's wait and see what the races will bring."

18 - Stefano Modena "I'm content with my time. Sometimes the warm-up times do tell a story. I think, we won't look too bad in the race."

6 - Kurt Thiim "Again we've made a lot of progress since yesterday. I think, I will be able to go run with the leaders, and particularly over the long distance I now see a good chance of achieving a good result today."

10 - Yannick Dalmas "We've tried a new ABS system. Now the brakes feel completely different, that's why I'm not feeling too comfortable at the moment. But we will change some small things on the car, and then I will feel quite optimistic for the race."

20 - JJ Lehto "The car is getting better slowly, but its still not really good. But I think, we're on the right track. There is no sense in attacking from the 19th position of the grid, so I'll start the race with Christian Danner's Helsinki tactics."

17 - Ellen Lohr "The car feels really good and I'm looking forward to the race. During the warm-up I couldn't do more than one lap in a row, as I had strong vibrations because of a loose under-tray. So I wasn't very fast, as we tried the hard compound tyres which we will use in the race. And these tyres need wo or three laps to work correctly."
