Chicago - Team Werner/Lehman Racing Top Fuel pilot Clay Millican, the three-time IHRA Champion and winningest Top Fuel driver in IHRA history, is scheduled to appear on SPEED Channel's live television show WindTunnel with Dave Despain on Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 10:00 p.m. EST.

"I am very excited to be on this show," said Millican. "My Daddy tapes every single show, and it is a requirement to watch it in my family! It's also a very popular show in my hometown, Drummonds, Tennessee."

The live interview will take place at the Werner Enterprises headquarters in Omaha, Neb., and fans may e-mail their questions for Clay prior to the show at windtunnel@speedtv.com, or may call-in with questions during the live segment of the show at 1-866-W-TUNNEL.

Millican is a former forklift driver, and has enjoying drag racing ever since he was a young boy. His dream of becoming a Top Fuel driver became a reality in 1998, and in 2000 he competed in his first full season of IHRA competition, where he finished second, only seven points out of first place. He then went on to win three straight IHRA Top Fuel Championships in 2001, 2002, and 2003.

About Team Werner/Lehman Racing

Team Werner/Lehman Racing will begin its quest for a fourth consecutive IHRA Top Fuel Championship on March 26 at the IHRA Texas Nationals in San Antonio, Texas. In last year's race, Millican won the event and set a new elapsed time World Record, becoming the first IHRA Top Fuel pilot to enter the 4.5-second range.

In addition to winning a fourth consecutive Top Fuel title, Millican will attempt to become the IHRA's all-time winningest driver in any professional class. Rickie Smith currently holds the record with 32 combined wins in Pro Stock and Pro Mod, and Millican needs just two more wins to tie Smith's record.
