(DEARBORN, Mich., Sept. 26, 2003) - Race Fans for a Cure® has raised more than $100,000 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in 2003 after collecting $6,200 at Dover (Del.) International Speedway last weekend.

Race Fans for a Cure®, a charitable initiative started by Ford Credit in 2000 to benefit the Komen Foundation, has raised $101,067.94 this year and $359,825.94 over the last four years for the fight against breast cancer.

Additionally, since 1998, Ford Credit has donated $642,500 to the Komen Foundation based on Dale Jarrett's on-track performance, so the two programs have combined to generate $1,002,325.94 in donations to the Komen Foundation in just over five years.
