Team GPSRacing.com Announced for 2003 -- 2004 National Arenacross Series

AURORA, Ill. (October 27, 2003) -- Clear Channel Entertainment's Motor Sports division announced today the Team GPSRacing.com team for the 2003 -- 2004 National Arenacross Series will be Brad Modjewski and Nate Broughton.

Newcomers to the National Arenacross Series, both riders have high hopes for the 2003 -- 2004 series. Starting off at a young age riding the amateur nationals, both have qualified for outdoor pro nationals and are hoping to use the experience of arenacross to further advance their careers.

Brad Modjewski, from Hatley, WI, will be riding a Suzuki with National #91. After placing seventh overall in the 2002 -- 2003 Regional Arenacross Series and placing fifth in 2003 at Loretta Lynn's in the 250cc pro class, he hopes to be a consistent top ten finisher.

Nate Broughton, from White Bear Lake, MN, will be also be riding a Suzuki #581. This year has been a year of successes thus far with a first place at the 2003 Cedar Lake Supercross Series in the 250cc class and securing the championship in the 125cc and 250cc Spring Creek Super Series. Broughton hopes to also win some of the freestyle jump off competitions.

"Both riders are young," said team manager, George Hodgkinson. "Our strength [over the other teams] will be their youth, dedication and passion for the sport."

Sponsors of the team include Zumbrota Cycle, SoCal, Decal Works, Pro-X / LA Sleeve, Maxima, GP-Racing, Kenda Tires, Zamp Helmets, Dons Repair, Prior Lake Frame, Premier Mortgage Link and Gaerne.
