FORT WORTH, TX. (January 30, 2003) - The Formula USA National Dirt Track Series promoted by Clear Channel Motor Sports announced today the 2003 schedule for the Pro Single National Championship.

Formula USA National Dirt Track Series now in its third season will start April 26th at Colonial Downs in Richmond, Virginia. The series will end October 5th in Del Mar, California at the K&N Del Mar Mile.

New for 2003 will be the return of the Mile at Colonial Downs in Richmond, Virginia as the season opener where Jennifer Snyder made history as the first woman to win a dirt track national in 2001. The Oklahoma City ½ Mile will move to August 23rd with a new stop on the series at The Raceway at Powercom Park in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin on August 29th, during Harley-Davidson's 100th Anniversary.

"This is an exciting time for dirt track motorcycle racing. With the success of our Pro Single class generating a variety of competitive brands, the stage is set for a extremely competitive season," says Mike Kidd. "Racing fans will have the opportunity to witness many of the nation's top dirt trackers at premier facilities."
