ArenaCross UK looks towards season finale at Wembley

The popular ArenaCross series wraps up this weekend at Wembley. Will you be there?

ArenaCross UK is heading to London this weekend. The stars of this series which couples outdoor motocross action in an indoor section end their season at Wembley Arena March 1.

Six different classes of two-wheel action will take to Wembley’s purpose built track to decide the champions of the 2014 season, which began in early January at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast.

One of the highlights of this series is the inclusion of two classes for young riders, in the 65cc and 85cc range.

The Pro category is the one everyone wants to see. Fabien Izoird has dominated much of the season and holds a commanding lead on the field, with organizers expecting the most exciting battle to be for the second position overall.

There are five riders with a chance to take home the second place trophy with Aussie Daniel McCoy and Frenchman Cyrille Coulon at the top of that list.

Organizers have billed the event as “the greatest night of racing London has every seen.”

Tickets are available for between £11 and £21. The Holiday Inn Kensington Forum wants race fans to take a load off and stay with them for the race weekend. They are conveniently located only a short distance from direct transportation to the event venue. Make sure you enjoy Kensington Forum’s award winning breakfast before heading to the arena to enjoy the festivities that ArenaCross UK has to offer.
