FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. (March 20, 2000) - United Speed Alliance Racing President Gene Cox has announced a new sponsorship agreement between USAR and Renegade Custom Coaches and Trailers for the upcoming 2000 Hooter's Pro Cup Series race season. Renegade, a leading manufacturer of custom coaches and transporting equipment for race car owners, drivers and crews throughout the United States, will become the "Official Race Car Transporter for the Hooter's Pro Cup Series."

"We are very excited with our new sponsorship agreement with Renegade Custom Coaches and Trailers," said Cox. "The Hooter's Pro Cup Series continues to grow each year and we expect great things for this series in 2000. Renegade is known throughout the racing industry as a leader in providing  quality coaches and trailers. We feel this agreement will benefit everyone involved with the Hooter's Pro Cup Series."

USAR will feature a new Renegade Command Center at each stop along the series in 2000 which Renegade will supply through the sponsorship agreement with USAR.

"Our series has improved each year and having use of this quality equipment will only enhance our ability to provide professional support to our drivers, car owners, crews, and host tracks throughout the season," added Cox.

The Hooter's Pro Cup Series is owned by USAR in Fayetteville, Georgia. Twenty races are held in six southeastern states with a championship points fund of $750,000. The 2000 season began February 26 at USA International Speedway in Lakeland, Florida.

Renegade by Kibbi, located in Elkhart, Indiana, is the largest manufacturer in the ToterHome category of vehicles in the United States. Renegade also builds custom coaches, trailers, and motorhomes, which are sold through a network of dealers in the United States.
