DOVER, DE (May 31, 2001) - TruckSeries.com, one of the fastest growing motorsports websites on the Internet, today announced a strategic marketing alliance with NetZero, Inc., a leading provider of free and pay Internet access services.
Under the agreement, the site dedicated to NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series news and features will now be titled TruckSeries.com Presented by NetZero Platinum, the Ultimate Internet Experience.
"The relationship between NetZero and TruckSeries.com is more than just an advertising agreement," stated Steve Keller, Vice President of Keldan Media Group, the organization that facilitates TruckSeries.com. "It represents a commitment to the fans, drivers and even other sponsors in the series. TruckSeries.com Presented by NetZero Platinum is dedicated to showcasing the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Given the strong initial response we've had to the site, we're confident this new association is only going add value for everyone involved."
Launched in late January earlier this year, TruckSeries.com has already delivered over 1 million page views and reaches over 60,000 visitors a month. The site features links to many official NCTS driver and sponsor websites, live driver chats, massive photo galleries, exclusive driver interviews, and free classified ads for equipment and collectibles. The rapid growth of TruckSeries.com, along with the future potential of the site, is what drew the attention of NetZero according Brian Woods, NetZero's senior vice president and chief marketing officer.

In a related announcement, TruckSeries.com Presented by NetZero Platinum also announced Motorsports Management Group has been retained to assist the website with public relations and marketing initiatives. The firm currently represents NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series sponsors NetZero, GMAC and Team ASE as well as driver Terry Cook. According to David Johns, MMG President, growing TruckSeries.com Presented by NetZero Platinum will be a primary objective.
