Cotter Group will aggressively target car, boat, airplane, and motorcycle enthusiast organizations, publications, and events to establish Speedvision as the leading television source for vehicle entertainment and information.
The Charlotte, N.C., company is the largest motor sports marketing communications agency in the United States.
