(LAKEVILLE, Conn.) April 21, 2000 -Skip Barber Racing School, Inc. and MCI WorldCom have signed an agreement to be strategic partners effective immediately. The three-year deal will see MCI WorldCom (NASDAQ : WCOM) become The Official Telecommunications Company of Skip Barber Racing School, Inc., including the Skip Barber Racing School, the Dodge/Skip Barber Driving School, the Skip Barber Race Series, the Skip Barber Formula Dodge National Championship presented by RACER and the Barber Dodge Pro Series.

In addition to traditional sponsorship branding rights, the agreement gives MCI WorldCom a significant block of customized Skip Barber Racing Schools to offer as incentives to its clients. Skip Barber customers will benefit directly from the new partnership through MCI WorldCom pre-paid calling cards that are to be inserted in their graduation packs.
