Netzero Chevrolet To Sport New Look At Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (October 14, 2001) - Jack Sprague's NetZero Chevrolet will not only enter the Orleans 350 as the leader in the 2001 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship chase, but will also sport a new look when the truck takes to the 1.5-mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway oval Sunday.
The blue and silver Hendrick Motorsports entry will feature updated NetZero logos on its hood and rear quarter panels reflecting the completion of a merger with Juno to form United Online.
NetZero is in the first year of a two-year NASCAR marketing association with Sprague and the Hendrick Motorsports No. 24 NetZero Silverado. Sprague has won four races this season and will lead the 36-truck field to the green flag in the Orleans 350 after winning the pole position for that event Saturday with a lap of 33.374 seconds (161.803 miles per hour). It was the seventh pole position of the season for Sprague, who leads the battle for the season championship by 64 points over Joe Ruttman with three races remaining.
