Andrews named Homestead-Miami Speedway's Director of Corporate Partnerships.

MIAMI (July 10, 2002) - Curtis Gray, President of Homestead-Miami Speedway, has named Doug Andrews as the Speedway's Director of Corporate Partnerships. Andrews will be responsible for managing partnerships between the corporate community and Homestead-Miami Speedway, including hospitality sales.

Prior to joining Homestead-Miami Speedway, Andrews was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Genesis International Marketing Corporation from 2000-2001 in Miami. From 1998-2000, Andrews held the position of Vice President of the Western Hemisphere for Lancaster Duty Free in Germany.

Andrews has extensive experience in geographic expansion, market penetration, and profit maximization. Andrews, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, has an expertise in Latin American and Caribbean culture. He spent over 20 years as a resident of Mexico.

Homestead-Miami Speedway is a world-class motorsports facility and the home of the first-ever NASCAR Championship Weekend, when all three series conclude their seasons.
