New York, NY (April 22, 2002) - Industry leaders including Tony George, President & CEO, Indianapolis Motor Speedway & IRL, Howard Katz, President, ABC Sports, Eddie Cheever Jr., Winner, 1998 Indy 500, Chip Ganassi, Owner, Chip Ganassi Racing and many more will gather at the forthcoming Open-Wheel Racing Summit, May 21-22, 2002 at The Indianapolis Motor Speedway & The Westin Indianapolis.
Presented by SportsBusiness Journal, the Open-Wheel Racing Summit has been designed to provide a behind the scenes examination of the marketing, sponsorship, television and challenges & vision for open-wheel racing in the U.S. The event's distinguished speaker faculty has been instrumental in helping craft a program that addresses the industry's most pressing issues, and meets the true needs of senior-level sports executives.
