HOMESTEAD, FL,-- (May 18, 2006) -- Homestead-Miami Speedway President Curtis Gray today announced the appointments of Scott Sebastian and Jordan Wilson to its Public Relations staff effective immediately.

Sebastian, 38, will serve as the track's Director of Public Relations leading communication initiatives for all phases of the public relations and publicity for Homestead-Miami Speedway's major events including the Indy Car Series season opener and the NASCAR season finale, Ford Championship Weekend.

Prior to his appointment, Sebastian served as the Director of Public Relations for Gwynn/Steinbrenner Racing and Sr. Account Supervisor for DaimlerChrysler's world-wide motorsports programs including entries in NASCAR, NHRA, WoO and American LeMans.

"We are excited to add Scott (Sebastian) to our staff," said Gray. "His broad range of communication experience, including multiple public relations disciplines within a variety of auto racing series' will be a tremendous asset to Homestead-Miami Speedway's dynamic schedule."

Wilson, 25, joins Homestead-Miami Speedway as Assistant Manager of Public Relations after serving one year in the same role as the department's intern. During that time, Wilson oversaw the Speedway's inaugural Media Headquarter Hotel program for Ford Championship Weekend 2005 and handled media operations for the Toyota Indy 300 Weekend in March of 2006.

"Jordan's (Wilson) full-time appointment to our Public Relations Department is well deserved," added Gray. "She did a tremendous job for us during all race events last season and has proven to be an integral part of our staff."
