SYRACUSE, N.Y. - TW Metals, a leading distributor of specialty metals with over 40 locations worldwide, is the latest to join the long list of sponsors for the Empire Super Sprints (ESS).

A full-line steel service center, the TW Metals services a diverse range of customers in the metalworking industry. The company's Motorsports Alloy Group (M.A.G.) is a specialty business unit which supplies a wide range of metals to the motorsports manufacturers and distributors.

TW Metals will award sufficient tubing to construct a sprint car frame with bumpers and nerf bars to two ESS drivers at random. To be eligible, the driver must finish in the top ten in points and display TW Metal decals on both sides of their sprint car. The giveaway will take place Sat., November 17 during the ESS annual awards banquet held in East Syracuse, N.Y.

TW Metals is a wholly owned subsidiary of Superior Group, Inc., a private holding company headquartered in Radnor, Pa. For more information feel free to contact Joe Darmofal, Manager of Motorsports Alloy Group, at (419) 476-7805 or log on to www.motorsportsalloys.com .

The 2001 season marks the 18th consecutive year that ESS will showcase "America's Race Cars". With the addition of TW Metals, Tour 2001 promises to be bigger and better than ever.
