This is the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame, which houses more than 20 racing cars, boats and motorcycles and holds the most extensive collection of archival motorsport material in Canada, some of which will be on display at the annual induction dinner. The gala also includes a silent auction. A brunch offering an opportunity to rub elbows with the inductees is on Sunday, March 9. Both events are open to the public. Tickets are available by calling 4162633223.
Since its inception in 1993, more than 90 people have been inducted into the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame including Greg Moore and the legendary Gilles Villeneuve.

In 1999, the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame combined with the Canadian Automotive Collection and now operates as a notforprofit, charitable institution. The organization is privately funded and relies on individual donations and corporate sponsorship.
