ADM Motorsport heading for Mugello
ADM Motorsport arrives in the Tuscan hills this weekend for the 4th championship round of Formula 3000 Pro Series. The challenging 5,247 km track, also known as the test centre of Ferrari, is located some 30 kilometres north of Florence and 100 kilometres south of Bologna respectively.
Renato Melchioretto (Team Principal)
"Despite our lead in the championship we have to stay a hundred percent concentrated and prepared for another strong challenge. Before we are going to race we will continue our work for the future of F3000 behind the scenes. The teams are following a common route now and I think they can be a little bit proud of what they have achieved in the last couple of weeks in a very constructive way. After the race at the Lausitzring has been recently confirmed for the August 28th, we are now close to fixing for a big European final in Spain."
Fausto Ippoliti (Car Nr.6)
"I like Mugello, not only because it's the closest circuit for me besides Vallelunga, but also because of its fast corners. It is not a coincidence that Ferraris' test team is spending a lot of time there because if you are quick in Mugello you should be quick everywhere. Talking about my goals for the next race weekend I hope to be on the podium."
Norbert Siedler (Car Nr.7)
"So this will be my first time in Mugello but from what I have seen so far when watching a race report of Moto- GP, it is very likely to becoming one of my favourite race tracks. Although our championship rivals should be more competitive this time I will give my best. My goal is obviously to secure the fourth pole and the third win in a row."
