First and third row for ADM Motorsport
ADM Motorsport drivers Norbert Siedler and Fausto Ippoliti qualified 2nd and 5th for tomorrow's 3000 Pro Series race at Mugello respectively. The Austrian championship leader took an early lead with his first new set of tyres despite an overtaking manoeuvre, but crashed heavily in the Curva Arrabbiata 1 with his second set. Italian team mate Fausto Ippoliti had a clean first lap but had no chance to improve his time at the end of the session due to a red flag period.
Renato Melchioretto (Team Principal) "Norbert's car has been pretty much damaged today but he was still able to qualify for the first row. He didn't know the circuit and he only did a handful laps in free practice this morning. Given that he had to overtake another car on his quickest first lap he could have been easily on pole today, but if we can be on P1 tomorrow it would be a perfect reward for his mechanics. Fausto should be also in a good shape, with his best time in free practice."
Fausto Ippoliti (Car Nr.6, P5 1.40.777min) "I was pretty optimistic after my first outing that I could improve my time which was finally not possible because of the red flag interruption. Anyway, the race is tomorrow and we seem to be pretty competitive."
Norbert Siedler (Car Nr.7, P2 1.40.212 min) "My first flying lap was quick enough to take the lead but in my second outing I was just too fast in that corner. I have apologized to my mechanics with a bottle Tyrolean Schnaps and promised to give my best in the race."

Difficult race but 8 points for ADM Motorsport
The ADM Motorsport Team took 8 points and the 4th podium finish in the 4dh race in this afternoon's 3000 Pro t n Series race at Mugello, as championship leader Norbert Siedler finished 2 and his team mate Fausto Ippoliti was involved in an accident.
Renato Melchioretto (Team Principal) "You can' win all the races in a season and on days like this, you need to be able to think about the t championship as well. It was not easy to take the right strategy for the race, as we had mixed conditions throughout the whole afternoon, and at the end we have only lost 2 points against Busnelli. Fausto tried to overtake De Pourtales but crashed, when the Fama-Driver closed the door in the last corner."
Fausto Ippolit (Car Nr.6, out) "A very strange situation because he left a lot of space in the inside at Bucine and I took my chance to overtake. I have no clue what would have been possible today, because due to the weather conditions, it was a little bit like a lottery. So let's forget Mugello and concentrate on the next race in two weeks at Misano."
Norbert Siedler (Car Nr.7, 2nd place) "This was a very difficult race right from the beginning and finally I can be happy with my result. When it started raining I tried to close the gap to Busnelli but lost the rear end of the car and spun. I just managed to keep the car on the track and decided not to risk the 8 points for the championship."
