Poker for Bonanomi. Tuka Rocha did magic
Marco Bonanomi got his fourth pole position after the ones he collected in Spa, Imola and Adria. In spite of few yellow flags due to a spin of the southafrican Cronje the driver of Fisichella Motorsport managed to stay ahead of Giacomo Ricci. The man from Minardi is followed in third position by Roldan Rodriguez (annoyed by a puncture).
Fourth place for Paolo Nocera, who is eager to do well and will start from the second row just before Oliver Martini (Avelon) and the Russian of Euronova, Petrov, who was brilliant in the first part of the qualifying session. Tuka Rocha got a terrific seventh position with his Vanni-Traini Light, just 8 tenth short from the pole, ahead of his teammate Cressoni and Stefano Gattuso (Autosport).
The fifth row is completed by the man from Uruguay, Caceres, who did better than Puglisi the italian is almost in tune with the new gearbox and Bellarosa. Also the local hero Szàsz Làszlo will be on the starting grid of the prestigious Hungaroring race track, sharing the seventh row with Cronje.
