Team Draco Racing was proud to have its two young drivers, Augusto Farfus and Sven Heidfeld, both qualify in the top positions for Saturday's race claiming 4th and 6th positions respectively.

The qualifying were deeply conditioned by the continuously changing weather conditions which made this qualifying session unpredictable until the last minutes, when it began to drizzle.

The German Sven Heidfeld proved once again to have found a better and improved feeling in his Lola and set a fastest time of 1:49.721 which allows him to start from the 3rd row.

His team mate Brazilian Farfus hold onto pole position throughout most of the qualifying and only in the last 8 minutes dropped in position 4, when Rusinov, Bruni and Babalus set their fastest lap times following a trajectory that team Draco's drivers, maybe ingenuously, preferred not to choose because considered by them as "not clear and possible to be punished by the stewards".

Weekend SCHEDULE:

SUNDAY
08.30 - 08.45: warm up
14.30: RACE, 31 laps (km. 153,550)
