One race before the last appointment on track the Brazilian driver, Augusto Farfus, has crown himself as Euro 3000 Series CHAMPION repaying all the sacrifices and the hard job done by himself, his family and the team during this season and the previous ones. Augusto, only 20 year-old, has reached a deserved this goal, thanks to his constant performances on track where he has always finished to podium, except for the last race in Brno due to a collision - was hit by Bruni - while he was leading the group. On 8 races: 7 podiums with 4 victories, 3 fastest laps, 5 poles. This is the booty that he will bring with himself at Cagliari, next 2nd November, at the final round of the championship. A really deserved 3rd better placed has been achieved by team mate Sven Heidfeld who brought his Draco #7 on podium, after having waited a lot for it.

The difficult and changeable weather conditions characterized the qualifying, yesterday, inducing team Draco to use both the new set of tyres in the first part of the session, expecting for the rain. A fast wind, on the contrary, cancelled any fear to find a heavy rain on track, and the drivers who had not already used the second set of new tyres could exploit them on a quite perfect, and faster, track. Augusto qualified 3rd and Sven 6th. Today race in Jerez was really demanding, but Team Draco drivers were able to fully exploit their driving skills and reach 2 podiums.

In Jerez team Draco has achieved its 6th title that will increase its actual palmares. A delighted Nadia Morini commented: "I arrived in Draco in 1989 and my real first season, as team Manager, was in 1990. Here, at Jerez, I won my first championship with Rubens Barrichello and now, in 2003 (since the moment that next year I will only cover the Marketing Manager role while Ravetto will be fully concentrated in the Team Manager role) I can close my career as Team manger in the best way: winning my 6th championship" "I'm really happy. I must thanks my drivers, Morini and my team for my happiness. I'll never leave my team because is part of my life. I'm happy for Adriano, who has always worked hard, and for my all staff,
