EUROPEAN F3000 BULLETIN NO. 0599-01
STRUCTURAL AND BODYWORK MODIFICATIONS TO B9950 F3000 CAR

The Lola B9950 F3000 car was designed in 1998 and subjected to a thorough aerodynamic study and structural analysis.

The safety structures including chassis, nosebox, steering column, roll structures, rear impact structure andlateralimpactstructures (sidepods) were approved by the FIA according to the 1999 FIA F3000 Technical Regulations, and subjected to actual load tests and impact tests where necessary.

If any safety-critical components including those listed above are modified or manufactured without the supervision or approval of Lola Cars International Ltd, the safety approval of the vehicle is no longer valid under the original FIA homologation.

Furthermore if any aerodynamic components including but not restricted to underbody, front wing assembly, sidepods, bargeboards and winglets are modified or added to the original bodywork specification, the aerodynamic stability of the car cannot be assured.

For the avoidance of doubt, Lola Cars International Ltd will accept no liability, whatsoever, for any injury or damage arising directly or indirectly from any unauthorised modification to the car's components.
