Fausto Ippoliti saved podium for ADM Motorsport

Vallelunga, 10th April, 2005 - Fausto Ippoliti was the man to secure a podium finishing 2nd for ADM Motorsport today at Vallelunga after Polesitter Norbert Siedler had to retire with a broken clutch in the first lap and Stefano Attianese got involved in an accident.

Renato Melchioretto (Team Principal)
"We have gained a podium place, but our goal was obviously to win the race. I feel sorry for Norbert, who would have been hard to beat on the track and it was also disappointing that Fausto didn't manage to keep his lead till the end."

Fausto Ippoliti (Car Nr. 6, 2° classificato)
"This was very important for the championship to secure the points under these difficult conditions with very little grip. The car was definitely harder to drive today than yesterday, but again, I am pretty satisfied."

Norbert Siedler (Car Nr. 7, Ritirato)
"It is though to finish a race in the lead with a technical failure, but that's part of motorsport. I want to forget that weekend immediately and concentrate on the next race at Imola. "

Stefano Attianese (Car. Nr. 8, Ritirato)
"I was hit from behind by a blue car, when I entered the Semaforo-corner and that was really a stupid action. People have to realise that this is not Formula Ford but a professional series."
