Norbert Siedler joins "Squadra Melchioretto" again

Bareggio, 5th April, 2005 -- After his impressive Champ Car test for Walker Racing and some serious negotiations to join the American pendant of Formula 1, Norbert Siedler has reached an agreement to race with his "old" team ADM Motorsport again. The 22-year-old from Wildschönau (Tirol) will line up alongside Fausto Ippoliti and Stefano Attianese as a third driver for his successful team principal Renato Melchioretto.

Renato Melchioretto (Team Principal)
"2005 marks a very important year for us and people will see that F3000 hasn't died yet. For sure it will be overshadowed by GP2 but on the other hand side we will be able to offer competitive motorsport for low costs in a period in which many talented drivers are struggling to build up big budgets. Felipe Masse was a good example for that in the past and we have signed just another one. Norbert Siedler is indeed a very special driver and he will be a perfect team mate for Fausto (Ippoliti) and Stefano (Attianese) as well. He has become part of our family and I am happy to support his further career."

Norbert Siedler (Driver)
"I was pretty close to signing a deal with a Champ Car team, but now I am a 100% focussing on my plan "B" again: That means a second year in F3000 and parallel to that, we are still trying to put something together in Champ Car of even in F1 during the season. My primary goal is to win the 3000 Pro Series Eurocup for ADM Motorsport and I want to thank Renato and his crew to give me that opportunity."

It is just a few days until the 3000 Pro Series Eurocup gets underway at Vallelunga (10/04/05).
