#66 ALEXANDRE TAGLIANI (Player's Forsythe Racing-Player's/Indeck) "The car runs super well and the team did a great job of keeping me out on the track. We lost very little time in the pits. "We have very few reference points on this track, and I was a little lost yesterday trying to follow the line. Today, with more rubber laid down, we can follow the black trajectory and forget reference points. The track might be a little faster tonight because it should be cooler. We'll need an extra effort in this regard." (Francois Cartier)

#19 MEMO GIDLEY (Lynx Racing) "This was an interesting session because Alex and I turned almost the same time, yet we have very different setups on our cars. On the ovals, we like our cars the same, but here it's different. The bumpy nature of the track makes this a very physical race, but I'm feeling very good. Our final qualifying is after the Trans Am race, and their tire rubber agrees pretty well with ours, so I expect the speeds to be higher later this afternoon" (Peter Frey)

# 32 ALEX BARRON (Lynx Racing-Victory Circle Racing/Red Line Oil) "The car was better than yesterday. Traffic was something of a problem - I'd come up on a car that spun. But the car is already very good, and there are only a few minor changes we'll make before this evening. I'm sure there are a couple of tenths left in the car. It's probably going to take a time in the high "eights" to be on the pole." (Peter Frey)

#14 CHUCK WEST (World Speed Motorsports-Red Line Oil/Martini Sunglasses/Harvest Group) "The car was a lot better than yesterday and I'm surprised we didn't move up the chart. I guess a lot of other guys found more speed too! The car was best early in the session. Halfway through I couldn't go any faster when I should have been able to. Now' we'll find out what faded on the car set-up and adjust it for final qualifying." (Pam Morey)

#33 BERTRAND GODIN (Player's Forsythe Racing Team-Player's/Indeck) "The track is really rough and traffic heavy. This is surprising, as the track is generally really wide. In turns, the car bottomed heavily. Upon returning to the transporter we discovered that the roll bar was broken. With a new roll bar, I'm looking forward to the next qualifying session. I'm sure we'll be much faster...in fact, our sights are set on one minute eight." (Francois Cartier)

#96 JERET SCHROEDER (P.P.I.-MCI Racing) "The session went well. We made some changes following yesterday's practice session and the car improved significantly. We have been working really hard to come up with a package that both Chris (Smith) and I could deal. Our lap times today show a major jump from yesterday. I am still learning the track since it is my first time here, so I hope to see us go even quicker." (Sharon Villanueva)
