"Well, this is an especially special win for me, and I am extremely happy. There are several reasons why I really, wanted and needed to win this race. I needed to win the race to claim third in the championship which is very, very important. I really wanted to win this one for Cal. He has been very good to me over the last two years, and I really give him a win in our final Atlantic effort. Also, for my guys, they have worked tirelessly for me the past two years, and dedicated much more of their time, than I ever would have anticipated or expected, they are the very best. My car today was amazing. The set-up was so good, that it made it easy to win this race, it was great. These have been very, very good memories here at PPI."

"I am disappointed of course with the weekend here and my result at this race. I am very honored to have claimed the Rookie of the Year award, and second place in the championship. It has been a great year, this is a fantastic series, and I have learned so much. A big thank you to Cal, who gave me a chance. I would have liked to have given him a championship, but who knows for the future. This has really been a great experience for me."
