PaddockTalk.com Revved Up To Support Forsythe Racing Young Gun Andreas Wirth
Montreal, Quebec -- August 24, 2006 -- As the competition heats up in the Champ Car Atlantic Series, popular motorsport news provider PaddockTalk.com decided it's time to show their support.
After working with Andreas for more than half a year on their "Racing Realities" -- Diaries of a Race Car Driver project, PaddockTalk and the readership have come to know and love Andreas Wirth. Through the highs and lows of his sophomore year in the Champ Car Atlantics we've followed Andreas' life on a weekly basis, celebrating his victories, facing the defeats and simply getting to know this promising young talent. With the penultimate round of competition about to get under way, PaddockTalk founder Mike Sulka decided there was no time like the present to step up and show Andreas that the PaddockTalk team and fans are behind him, rooting for him to bring home the championship!
The #37 Forsythe Championship Racing driver Andreas Wirth and his livery will proudly carry the PaddockTalk.com name for the final two events of the Champ Car Atlantic season. Andreas and his new personal sponsor will make their debut this weekend at the Circuit Gilles Villenueve in Montreal, and will also appear for the season finale in Elkhart Lake at Road America.
"PaddockTalk is honored to sponsor a driver of Andreas Wirth's caliber" commented Mike Sulka, PaddockTalk.com Founder and Senior Editor. "He's a proven winner both on and off the track, which makes him a sponsor's delight! We've enjoyed having him on board this year for "Racing Realities" and we want him to know that we'll be cheering him on, louder than ever as the season reaches its climax."
"I'm thrilled to have PaddockTalk.com come on board for my last two races to show their support" says Wirth, "I've enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to be featured in their "Racing Realities" diary project, and hope that I've been able to show the readers what it's like to be a race car driver."
Andreas concluded by saying, "It's great to be able to take my relationship with PaddockTalk one step further. I've had a lot of fun with it this year, but it's really nice to know I have the support and sponsorship of a website like PaddockTalk. I just hope I can get their name to the podium a couple of times before the season's out!"
