Concord, NC (12-11-2004) -- Venturini Motorsports announced today that they have aligned with Central Merchant Services and ReadyHosting.com for the upcoming 2005 ARCA RE/MAX Series Season.
Central Merchant Services who joined Venturini Motorsports mid-way through the 2004 season will be back and serve as Primary Sponsor for the No. 25 team. "We are really pleased to be back with Venturini Motorsports," commented Kevin Pankow, president of Central Merchant Services. "Billy has tremendous talent and a bright future in racing. We feel very fortunate to have an opportunity to work with Billy and the entire Venturini Motorsports team."
Central Merchant Services provides first-class merchant account processing systems for a wide range of retail, Internet, and mail order businesses. Providing some of the most competitive rates in the credit card processing industry, Central Merchant Services has risen to the top of the industry by providing top-notch sales support along with vital technical advances.
Venturini Motorsports made their official announcement Saturday afternoon at the annual ARCA Series press conference. The press conference was followed by the 52nd annual ARCA RE/MAX Series national championship awards banquet, which was held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky. Venturini earned his career best ARCA RE/MAX Series finish, capturing 4th place in 2004.
"We are extremely excited to welcome back Central Merchant Services to our team," says team owner Bill Venturini. "They made a tremendous impact on our team when they joined us mid-way through the 2004 season. Having their support in 05' is really going to give our team the shot in the arm we desperately needed. They have a great organization and a real passion for what we do. I look forward to building a long and successful relationship with them."
Completing the winning hand for Venturini Motorsports in 2005 will be ReadyHosting.com. ReadyHosting.com who served as the team's primary sponsor in 04' at Nashville, Kentucky, and Chicago will be back as the major associate sponsor for the entire 2005 campaign.
"I'm proud to be associated with the Venturini team once again," says Dave Fricke President of Ready Hosting, Inc. "Being associated with one of the series' top teams give us a tremendous opportunity to take our Motorsports marketing campaign to the next level."
Venturini Motorsports anxiously awaits the 2005 season opener at Daytona where they plan to add a new chapter in the teams decorated history.
"Central Merchant Services and ReadyHosting.com have given us a great opportunity to challenge the best ARCA teams for a shot at the Series Championship. We couldn't be more excited. The strong backing our sponsors are providing will allow us the ability to move forward with personnel moves and other changes that will keep us in the hunt. Due to lack of resources in previous seasons our team would fade towards the end of the season. But now I think we'll now finally be able to keep stride and hopefully take this team to the next level. The ARCA RE/MAX Series is stronger than ever before and there's a ton of competition on the horizon. We're ready to tackle it head on," added Bill Venturini.
With over 30 years of racing experience, Venturini Motorsports has been competitive on all levels. But it's the ARCA RE/MAX Series that they now call home. Bill Venturini, Sr. dominated the series in the late eighties and early nineties capturing rookie of the year honors in 1983 and winning ARCA championships in 1987 and 1991. Holding court now for the family owned No.25 team is the ever-colorful Billy Venturini.
