Impressive ARCA RE/MAX Series Winner's List at Kentucky In May, Roush Fenway Racing's Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., the current ARCA RE/MAX Series points leader, took advantage of a late-race restart to pull away from the 41-car field and earn his career-first ARCA RE/MAX Series victory. Stenhouse was able to earn the victory by 0.374 seconds over Scott Speed, Ryan Fischer, Ken Butler, III and John Wes Townley, all of whom have entered the July edition of the Kentucky ARCA 150.
Stenhouse's victory allowed him to join an impressive list of former series winners at the 1.5-mile track, including fellow Roush Fenway driver Erik Darnell, who found victory lane at Kentucky in 2006, and current NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers Michal McDowell, Ryan Newman and Kyle Busch. Other ARCA RE/MAX Series winners at Kentucky include nine-time and defending series champion Frank Kimmel, who leads the series at Kentucky with four victories, two-time winners Chad Blount and Ryan Hemphill. Brad Coleman, Tim Steele and Steve Wallace have one win each.
