Welcome Back: Brett Hudson returns to ARCA RE/MAX Series racing this weekend since last competing in the season finale at the new Iowa Speedway last October where he finished 21st.

Salem Memories: There's good reason that Hudson is looking forward to steering back to Salem Speedway this weekend. Hudson is a former pole sitter at the historic half-mile track taking the ARCA pole in September of 2005. Hudson finished 13th that night. In the spring event, Hudson finished eighth after starting sixth.

'07 Plans: Hudson Motorsports will run a limited schedule this season in the ARCA RE/MAX Series including events at Salem Speedway, Kentucky Speedway, Berlin Raceway, The Milwaukee Mile and Nashville Superspeedway.

Did You Know?: Hudson has 10 ARCA RE/MAX Series starts to his credit with a career best finish of sixth at Lake Erie Speedway in 2005. He also holds two additional top-10 finishes at Salem Speedway and Berlin Raceway both events occurring in 2005. The avid late model competitor will make his 11th series start on Sunday.

Oh Mario: Hudson will have plenty of veteran experience on his side this weekend at Salem Speedway. Mario Gosselin, a three-time winner on the ARCA RE/MAX Series will be on-hand to assist the Hudson Motorsports team this weekend. Hudson will also utilize the No. 12 hoping to keep Gosselin's owner points high in the standings. The No. 12 enters the fourth race of the season currently 11th in car owner standings.

More Salem Flavor: The Owensboro, Kentucky native will continue to run the full Salem Speedway late model schedule this season. In addition to running late models at Salem Speedway, Hudson also has experience at Highland Rim Speedway and Kentucky Motor Speedway,

I love competing in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, it's a great series and Salem is a fun place to race. It's going to be fun climbing in the driver's seat on Saturday."

On Salem Speedway: "Obviously, I have a lot of great memories at Salem Speedway. I have a pole and one of my best finishes there. I think our car is capable of starting up front and staying there this weekend. I would like to kick off our 2007 ARS season on a good note."

On Mario Gosselin: "I want to thank Mario Gosselin for coming to Salem Speedway this weekend and helping us out. Mario is a true winner and awesome competitor in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, I know he'll be an asset to us this weekend. I want to thank him for his support and I'm looking forward to having him with us."

On Rest Of Season: "If we can gain some sponsorship, our schedule would increase. We're doing our limited schedule on limited funds and sponsorship, so if we can pick up some additional backing, you'll see more of us on the track this season."
