This Week's RCR Chevrolet at NJMP ... Tim George Jr. will pilot chassis No. 071 from the Richard Childress Racing ARCA Racing Series stable in this weekend's Garden State ARCA 150 presented by American Red Cross. George drove this Chevrolet to an eight-place finish after starting eighth at Palm Beach International Raceway in February.

NJMP Stats ... Tim George Jr. has one previous ARCA start at New Jersey Motorsports Park, finishing fifth after starting 31st. He also has a win at NJMP in the Grand-Am Rolex Series.

Road Course Roots ... George was an avid road course racer before he began competing in stock cars full time. Career highlights in Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series GT competition include finishing second in the Rolex 24 at Daytona in 2009. He also won the Rolex Series MESCO Building for the Future Rookie of the Year Award and Bob Akin Award, with one class victory at Thunderbolt Raceway at New Jersey Motorsports Park and seven podium results, placing fourth in GT driver standings in 2008.

Hometown Proud ... Although New Jersey Motorsports park is not exactly home for the second-year ARCA Racing Series driver, the Millville, N.J.,-based speed plant is the closest stop on the ARCA circuit to the driver's hometown of New York, N.Y.

Bill France Four Crown Includes NJMP ... This weekend's event is the second of four races in the ARCA Racing Series' prestigious Bill France Four Crown. The complex slate of races at Berlin (Mich.) Raceway (August 7), NJMP (August 15), the Illinois State Fairgrounds (August 22), and Chicagoland Speedway (August 27) tests drivers and teams on four distinct types of tracks: a short track, a road course, a dirt track, and a speedway, respectively. The driver who accumulates the most points during these four races will earn the Bill France Four Crown, recognizing the driver's ability to perform well on a diverse combination of tracks.

All about Points ... George is currently eighth in the ARCA Racing Series point standings just past the half-way point of the 20-race schedule.

Meet Tim George Jr. ... Tim George Jr. will sign autographs from 11:45 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. on Sunday as part of an ARCA Racing Series autograph session.

TIM GEORGE JR.:

Talk about your past experiences at New Jersey Motorsports Park?

"New Jersey Motorsports Park is a great place, and I have had great experiences there in the past. I was in one of the first races there in the Rolex Series, where we won in 2008. Last year, the ARCA race went well as I came home fifth. After the way we ran at West Palm Beach this year, I'm hoping to have a good shot at a road course win."

What would it mean to you to win the Bill France Four Crown?

"I would love to win it. RCR definitely has a diverse fleet of cars that I can drive on the Bill France Four Crown tracks. I drove those tracks last year, so I feel confident going to those tracks the second time around and I think we should be pretty good in the points there."
