Jason Jarrett - Kansas City; let history repeat itself!

Kansas City, KS May 30, 2003 - "Jason Jarrett made his own mark in big time motorsports with a huge victory here Saturday at Kansas Speedway" were the words written after his first ARCA RE/MAX Series victory in 2001 at Kansas Speedway. Jarrett would like to see those words in print again following this Sunday's BPU 200 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.

Hungry for a victory, Jarrett is eager to for a return engagement in victory lane.

"It's been two years since we've won; this is the place," said Jarrett. "We have good equipment; a new car, new engine - we are all out of excuses," he added. "The track shouldn't be any different, and we should be one of the top cars here."

Currently second in Series points, Jarrett knows he not only has to pick up some wins to catch Frank Kimmel in the championship race, but also has to hold at bay some stiff competition like Billy Venturini, Shelby Howard and Brent Sherman; to name a few, who all have been running strong this season.

The BPU 200 is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 1 at Kansas Speedway. The race will be broadcast on the Outdoor Channel on Sunday, June 8th beginning at 4:00 P.M.

Jason Jarrett is the driver for the #67 Biomet/Damon Motor Coach sponsored, ML Motorsports 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and is also a member of the Coca- Cola Racing Family.
