ALLGAIER READY FOR SEASON FINALE AND INAGURAL EVENT AT THE IOWA SPEEDWAY

Newton, Iowa, (October 11, 2006) --Justin Allgaier heads to the last race of his rookie season in the ARCA RE/MAX Series sitting nicely in the tenth position after just racing in 20 of the 22 events run to date in 2006. Of those twenty races, Allgaier has scored one win, six top-five and eight top-ten finishes. The 20 year-old driver sits between Brett Rowe in the ninth position which is only 60 points away and Norm Benning who sits only 40 points out of the top-ten in the 11th place which could pose a possible threat for the top-ten spot in championship points.

"I think we'll be ok in driver points," Justin Allgaier said. "I really wanted to finish in the top-ten my first season and we hope to accomplish that this weekend. So far we've had an up and down year and this team has had our share of problems on the track but so have a lot of other teams. Auto racing has its peeks and valleys and you just go on -- learn from the mistakes and carry the valuable knowledge with you."

The 2006 Season Finale is being held in conjunction with the inaugural ARCA RE/MAX Series Prairie Meadows 250 event on Sunday, October 15, 2006. An open ARCA test was held last month on the new track in Newton, Iowa giving some drivers an advantage of track time over Allgaier who did not attend the test. Allgaier has impressive short track statistics so the young rookie feels confident in his run.

"I've heard it's a pretty high speed short track," Allgaier said. "I talked to some of the guys that tested and they said it is a great track. Iowa Speedway was designed by Rusty Wallace so I'm sure it is a competitive track. I love short track racing so I think we will be able to bring home a good finish for this No. 16 -AG Tech- K&N Filters - Trashman Chevrolet team."
