CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY AND SK HAND TOOL CORPORATION ANNOUNCE ENTITLEMENT FOR SEPTEMBER 10 ARCA RE/MAX SERIES RACE

(Joliet, Ill. -- March 10, 2005) Chicagoland Speedway, along with SK Hand Tool Corporation, announced today a multi-year entitlement agreement for the ARCA RE/MAX Series race and unveiled the official name of the race -- SK Hand Tool 200.

"We are excited to partner with SK Hand Tool Corporation for our September 10 ARCA RE/MAX Series race," said Matthew Alexander, vice president and general manager of Chicagoland Speedway. "With SK Hand Tool Corporation being located in the Chicago area, we are especially looking forward to a long-term relationship with them and continuing to grow motorsports in this market."

The 134-lap SK Hand Tool 200, featuring the stars of the ARCA RE/MAX Series, is scheduled to take place Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Chicagoland Speedway and be televised live on Speed Channel. The SK Hand Tool 200 will kick-off the weekend schedule of events that also includes the IRL IndyCar Series and IRL Menards Infiniti Pro Series race on Sunday, September 11.
