Buford, Georgia - J3 Racing has been preparing their Porsche 911 racecars for the first American Le Mans Series race to be held at Sebring on March 19. J3 will return to the 12-hour event with sponsorship from Coca-Cola and drivers Justin Jackson, Tim Sugden and Nic Jonsson.

The Georgia based team finished ninth in driver points in 2004 with eight top ten finishes. In the team championship J3 came home in sixth place in '04. The season highlight came in July where they led almost one third of the race at Lime Rock Park resulting in a fourth place finish.

"The team has worked hard on the cars over the winter," said Jaye Jackson, team owner. "We had some nice moments last year, like Lime Rock where we were able to lead much of the race. It showed that we have the speed, the car and the strategy to compete. We have rebuilt our number 79/J3 Racing/Porsche 911 GT3 RSR as well as our companion number 78/J3 Racing/Porsche 911 GT3 RS with a look at running both cars at Sebring in March. The addition of Coca-Cola for Sebring really helps give our program a good start to the season."

Returning drivers Justin Jackson and Tim Sugden will share the number 79/Coca-Cola/ J3 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR with road racing veteran Nic Jonsson. Jonsson. The team will run the entire 10 race ALMS schedule with Sugden and Jonsson sharing driving chores with regular Jackson.
