The team today had the opportunity to partake in two practice sessions ahead of qualifying tomorrow afternoon. David Richards also represented Aston Martin Racing at a press conference attended by representatives from the other GT1 competitors.

Team Principal Insight

"As the Sebring atmosphere starts to grow ahead of qualifying, our team of drivers have reported a marked improvement in both cars.

"Whilst the short duration of both sessions was not ideal, we have continued to progress in our pre-race preparations. After the final session closed we also took the opportunity to complete some pit stop practice.

"Although the bad weather forecast for today did not materialise during the sessions, we are expecting rain tomorrow which could prove disruptive to qualifying.

As expected, both cars have now passed the IMSA Technical Inspection having addressed those minor issues initially highlighted."
