Bryan Herta, #26 XM Satellite Radio Acura
"Certainly the guys at Acura have put in a lot of work over the winter attempting to make the XM Acura faster. We've made some aerodynamic changes that will be very difficult for fans to notice and have identified some areas of weakness from last year that we wanted to correct and I think we've achieved that. For sure there will be a target on our back at Sebring, though. Christian (Fittipaldi) and Marco (Andretti) have gotten some time to drive the car at a couple of tests and I think they really enjoyed driving, so I look forward to driving with them. It's a very long race but I'll be disappointed if we aren't running up front and challenging for the win."
Christian Fittipaldi, #26 XM Satellite Radio Acura
"I'm obviously very excited to make my first start in the XM Acura. Since I started driving the car in December, we've had four test sessions and I'd say that I'm very comfortable in the car. Bryan (Herta) really sped up the whole process of me learning about the car and it's been good to have his experience. I'm also excited to be driving with Marco (Andretti). I think he did an awesome job at the recent test at Sebring and he got acquainted with the car very quickly. Acura has really stepped it up this year, for sure. The Acura ARX-01b is a good amount quicker than the car in 2007. I think if we have a trouble-free race, we'll be strong enough to have a top-three overall finish."
Marco Andretti, #26 XM Satellite Radio Acura
"I'm really looking forward to getting into the XM Satellite Radio Acura. I've had a chance to drive the car in a couple of tests and I've been very happy with it. The car has been really quick, fun to drive and has been incredibly durable. I'm just excited to be driving with Bryan (Herta) and Christian (Fittipaldi). What Bryan was able to do last year, in Acura's very first start, was amazing. I think I'll be able to contribute and, hopefully, run up front. My grandfather has won three times at Sebring and I hope to add my name to that list."
