AutoCon's #12 Team Complete with Vic Rice for Sebring

San Diego, CA -- (March 1, 2004) - Veteran sports car driver, Vic Rice, has signed with the AutoCon/RPM team for the 52nd Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring to be held March 18-20. Rice will join Michael Lewis and Tomy Drissi driving the #12 Riley & Scott Mark IIIc (LMP 900) kicking-off the 2004 season in the classic Florida race. The AutoCon/RPM team is looking to make Sebring a springboard for their entry to Le Mans and the entire ALMS season.

"I've known Vic for some time and have always been impressed with his pace and consistency in a car. And if there's one thing you must have at Sebring to do well, it's consistency. That plus Vic's previous experience in a Riley-Scott prototype sealed the deal for us" said team principal, Michael Lewis. "It's a good situation for Vic as well, I think he will impress people with his pace. Another real benefit is Vic is a big guy like Tomy and I, so not only does he fit in the car with minimal adjustment, we will also make a formidable volleyball team while playing the Hawaiian Tropic Girls!!!"

"I'm really looking forward to driving the AutoCon Riley & Scott with Mike and Tomy at the 52nd Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. The team and I have had discussions in the past and I jumped at the chance when it finally presented itself," Vic stated. "We all have plenty of experience and know what it takes to be fighting for positions in the 12th hour of this very demanding event. I think the Autocon team has done their homework in the off-season with the Riley & Scott chassis and it should be a reliable package. Eighteen days and counting, I can't wait for this event."

Vic Race, from San Rafael, California, brings valuable ALMS experience to the AutoCon/RPM team. 2004 marks the fifth consecutive year of participation in the 12 Hours of Sebring by Rice, not to mention a previous run in the Riley & Scott chassis.

The team is also excited to welcome new associate sponsor, CellMark Group, the world's largest marketing company specializing in pulp and paper products. (www.cellmark.com) AutoCon Motorsports in conjunction with RPM Holdings LLC is campaigning the #12 Riley & Scott Mark IIIc for the 2004 American Le Mans Series and 24 Hours of Le Mans.
