Race 1: Alain Menu claimed a lights to flag victory starting from pole position and resisting the pressure from local hero Norbert Michelisz. Race 2: Reigning world champion Yvan Muller claimed his first victory of the season managing to survive a race full of drama, that was suspended by the red flag when torrential rain flooded the track.
