Dallara Automobili and RPM Racing are pleased to present the final and definitive guidelines for the eagerly anticipated launch of the Super Nissan Dallara V6 3 litre Single Seater for 2002.

Dallara and RPM have co-operated on this project to carefully create the next step from the highly successful Open Telefonica Single Seater Coloni Nissan CN1 2000cc that has been one of the most commended and demostrably beneficial training/feeder formula in Europe over the past 4 years from 1998 to 2001.


One of the most important factors that contributed to the success of the Formula Nissan 2.0 was the perfect harmony between 250 horse power engine and the aerodynamically efficient chassis, enabling performance comparative to Formula 3000 but achieved for an Formula 3 budget.

The new Dallara avant-garde design combines stunning appearance and performance with the highest quality and safety standards and defines a new bench mark for this category of car. The Super Nissan Dallara V6 incorporates dimensions similar to Formula 1 and features all the safety standards of the 2002 FIA Formula 3000 regulations.

The aerodynamics are highly efficent using ground effects (as with Champ cars), combined with the excellent Nissan Maxima V6 engine, offering a maximum power of 410 CV at 8.500 rpm, give to this Single Seater an extraordinary balance that will allow the young and talented drivers to experience the feelings, requirements and situations close to the most important world car racing event: the Formula One.

Dallara has spared no expense in order to develop a Single Seater of which only 20 units will be manufactured, with the intention, in commitment with RPM, promoter and licensee of this car, of keeping high starndards within the teams, drivers and the inside value of the Championship.

The greatest contribution of the Formula Super Nissan V6 to car racing will be this pricing policy for the teams, in the purchase and the maintenance of the car, as well as for the drivers, that will have a place, if its available, for 420,000 Euro (cost in a standard team). Besides, its seducing shape will attract sponsors and media, as well as passioned support from the public.

Dallara Automobili has worked hard on the costs policy, bringing a big future investment on time, design, and development that will be completed with promising performances, never existed before in a 410 HP Single Seater.

Ten Single Seaters have already been sold and there's a waiting list in order to serve the other ten.

The International credibility aroused by this project has been so high, even before the consolidation of the definitive design of the new Super Nissan V6.

Due to the expectation and demand produced by this Single Seater, RPM Racing has opened a waiting list to assign the other ten Single Seater to the teams that present best quality conditions, level and service.

The teams that have already signed the contract with RPM Racing 2002-2004 and purchased the units of the Super Nissan Dallara V6 are: GD Racing (Italy), Adrian Campos Motorsport (Spain), Vergani Racing (Italy), Epsilon by Graff (France), and RC Motorsport (Italy)
