The 7th Meeting of the Superfund World Series by Nissan will will held in the Circuit de Catalunya, the next 4 and 5 of October.
Most of the teams will be testing tomorrow in order to prepare this decisive match. Milka Duno (Venezuela, 1971) will test the V6 car from Vergani Formula and she has announced that she live in Madrid until the end of the Season. Duno has already participated in 4 races with this car (2002) Ricardo Mauricio will be testing tomorrow with Racing Engineering.
Montagny (announced as the third driver in RenaultF1 2004)lives in Bracelona since 2001. This is his second home. The Frenchman wants to achieve his World Series by Nissan title in Barcelona and Gabord Competicion, based in Abrera (Barcelona), will also have to play a very important role during the race weekend.
But the frontrunners Stephane Sarrazin, with an exceptional performance in the A1-Ring, as well as Bas Leinders, both in Racing Engineering, or the Indian ace Kartikheyan (Tata Team Carlin) are also regarded as serious contenters for the Title.
The6 Spanish drivers in the Superfund World Series by Nissan category will be more than happy with this return to their home-circuits, and obviously they will try to be in the points.
The Superfund World Series by Nissan will be run alongside with the World Series Light and the Formula Junior. Local team RACC Motorsport Team is highly tipped as one the visitors of the podium in the 1600 c.c. category.
The Dutch female racer Raquel Waslander (15) will made her debut in the Junior category.
