Collective test concluded with excellent results. Now the Draco Team prepares the 2011 season

It was concluded yesterday the "tour de force" for the Draco Team that, immediately after the last race of the 2010 season in the Barcelona circuit on 10 October, tackled the first two sessions of collective test in Barcelona and Alcaniz, very important to test different drivers for the upcoming season.

Yesterday, at Motorland, with Draco an "old friend" of the team, Marco Barba, with Draco in 2008 and 2009, this year won the European F3 Open Championship. The experience and talent of the Spaniard were seen immediately in the morning session and he climbed to 5th place with 1'43 "355. In the other Draco car still Stephane Richelmi who has also tested with Draco at Barcelona. Richelmi this time don't attempt a fast lap, intent instead on technical and aerodynamic testing because they are very important for the improvement in the relationship between driver and car.

In the afternoon Richelmi makes excellent performance on track, winning second place in mid-turn and then finishing 5th with 1'43 "658. Marco Barba also good, just faster than his team-mate of the day, concluding 4th with 1'43 "575.

Now the Draco Team has many valid data set to plan in the best way the next season, which has just come out the calendar of races. The first will be in the circuit Motorland Aragon of Alcaniz, 16-17 April, then it will follow Spa 1-2 May, Monza 14-15 May, Monaco 28-29 May, Nurburgring 18-19 June, Budapest 2-3 July, Silverstone 20-21 August, Le Castellet 17-18 September and finally Barcelona 8-9 October.
