Sébastien Ogier wins Rally Sweden 2013 | Pole Position
Sébastien Ogier holds off Sébastien Loeb to win at Rally Sweden 2013.
Volkswagen Motorsport's Sébastien Ogier won Rally Sweden 2013 in dominating style. Having qualified first he held off the challenges from Sébastien Loeb, Jari-Matti Latvala and Mads Østberg who were all vying for a place on the podium throughout the rally. Eventually Ogier finished the rally 41.8 seconds ahead of Loeb in the Citroën Total Abu Dhabi World Rally car. Mads Østberg took third for Qatar M-Sport World Rally team. Ogier also won the Torsby Power Stage - meaning he takes the full amount of points available from the rally. Latvala took second place in the Power Stage adding two points to his overall driver total and Østberg also took third in the power stage adding an extra point to his total from the rally. Ogier now leads the World Rally Championship 2013 with 46 points and looks like the main contender to finally wrestle the WRC crown away from fellow countryman Sébastien Loeb.
