A report from post event scrutineering stated that the front anti roll bar link of Car No 1 (Loeb/Elena) did not comply with the homologation form of the car.

The Entrant agreed that a part was different from the homologation photo because of the increased length of the part requiring additional notches.

The Stewards subsequently received verification from the Citroen team that Cars No. 2 (Sordo/Marti) and No. 12 (Ogier/Ingrassia) were also fitted with identical parts.

The Stewards of the Meeting decided to levy a one minute time penalty on each of the above cars, as well as a penalty of a reprimand on the entrant Citroen Total World Rally Team for using a part which was not correctly homologated.

There will be no appeal of the Decision.
