Andy Bull to co drive for Welsh wonder on Rally

International co-driver Andy Bull is looking forward to the forthcoming Rally Ireland as the Birmingham resident re-joins welsh wonder Stuart Jones for the final pair of events in the World Rally Championship.

Andy, who has been co-driving for the past 20 years, will sit alongside Stuart for the inaugural Rally Ireland this coming weekend, contesting the treacherous tarmac event in Stuart's family run production class Mitsubishi Evo 9. A fortnight later the pair will tackle the season finale, Wales Rally GB, their home event, in one of the most exciting new cars on the scene, the MG S2000 Sport.

I first sat alongside Stuart on the Plains Rally in 2004 and immediately knew that he had something special. A year later we set an outright fastest stage time through Dyfnant during Stuarts first season in a 4 wheel drive, equalling the times of 2 World Rally Cars in our Production class Mitsubishi! We've always got on well and I'm looking forward to the next two rounds, which will, with luck, present the springboard we as a team need to launch our 2008 attack.

Andy, who is supported by Sparco, is not only a company director and has acted as the competitor liaison officer for the BTRDA for the past 10 years, but has also co-driven on a number of world rallies. Ranging from the glamour of Monte Carlo, through the frozen roads of Sweden to the rugged Safari Rally, Andy has a wealth of experience to bring to the table and coupled with Stuart's talent the pair is hoping for a good end to the season.
